Record-breaking interest in Virtual Career Days – over 5,000 participants and 18,000 chats.


The Swedish Armed Forces are ready to welcome candidates at their digital booth at the Virtual Career Days.


On October 17, this year’s major digital career event took place at the Virtual Career Days, once again highlighting the immense interest among students and recent graduates in building connections and exploring career opportunities. The event attracted a total of 5,208 registered candidates, with 5,076 participants visiting the platform to meet potential employers, discuss industry news, and apply for jobs and internships.


Over 18 000 chats

This edition of the Virtual Career Days hosted recruiters from over 35 companies and organizations at the virtual fair, including SAAB, Centigo, Carnegie, Tetra Pak, the Swedish Armed Forces, the City of Stockholm, and PostNord. In the digital booths and chats, a total of 18,018 messages were exchanged – an impressive number that reflects the lively dialogue and engagement among all participants. During the event, 2,504 expressions of interest for jobs and internships were also submitted, offering candidates a chance to showcase their interest and companies an opportunity to start building their future teams.


Crowded lectures live

During the event, participants had the opportunity to attend lectures on a range of current and inspiring topics, such as AI, rhetoric, and entrepreneurship. Other popular features included informative workshops like LinkedIn and CV tutorials, as well as lectures offering investment advice from Avanza and savings tips from Nordea. This diverse program of speakers and topics contributed to an inspiring and educational day for both students and recent graduates, as well as employers who had the chance to showcase their organizations in a new and interactive way. The live lectures were highly popular, with most sessions being completely full.
