Framtidsverket is a bridge between students and the workforce, where since our start in 2012, we have helped the public sector recruit and connect with future employees. Since 2015, we have organized some of Sweden's largest fairs, such as the Framtidsmässan, and other events for the public sector, with a focus on talent acquisition, innovation, and sustainability. Now, we are expanding our services by including employers from the private sector in Virtual Career Days.

Our focus is on digital events, as our virtual platform creates new opportunities for both job seekers and employers in terms of talent acquisition and development. The digital format is more cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and inclusive for you.

Since 2021, Framtidsverket has been owned by Virtual Days. However, Framtidsverket's vision and purpose remain unchanged. Framtidsverket will continue to strengthen the public sector and encourage more young people to choose a career within it. Virtual Days' vision is to help organizations transition to digital solutions, primarily for environmental and climate reasons, but also to include more people, reach more individuals, and have a greater impact.
